A lot of children are suffering from hunger in Kaduna

From Mahi Alhassan Argungu
Hunger is said to be defined as a physiological stat e of discomfort resulting from a shortage of food, however, undeniably, it (hunger) causes diseases, pain, physical weakness etc.  Lately a report has reached our medium from a reliable source, that despite his unrelenting effots to put smile on the mouth of his people, Governor Malam Nasiru El-Rufa’i of Kaduna State a fresh analysis showed that a lot of children in the state are suffering from hunger.
This was made available by his wife Hajiya Ummi during a meeting organized by medical women association of Nigeria in Kaduna last week.
Hajiya Ummi has made mentioned, that there is need to work shoulder by shoulder to end malnutrition in the state, since it is a serious issue affecting great number of children especially in the villages. She also lamented on the authority that, this rest on their shoulder to put more efforts and measures for addressing the menace, this entails provision of health fertilities.
She further advised women in the state to be very watchful of their children so as to prevent them from being infected with the peril of malnutrition for it is very hazardous.
Thus, in line of the above report, the governor’s wife Hajiya Ummi has done her part and she is really a superior woman and we credit her as a modest in her speech. Thus, is good to magnetize the attention of this administration under the leadership of Governor El- Rufa’i to provide them (children) with good atmosphere, as it is recorded that ‘a loving atmosphere in your home is the foundation for your life’, is good to place them out of hunger.
